Deposits are 100% non refundable. Please read carefully to avoid issues or concerns. 

*All sales are final! 

*Individual results vary. We cannot guarantee results, as permanent cosmetics fade and diffuse over time. 

*Photos taken and videos will be filmed during the appointment. 

*All services are at your own risk.

*Children are not allowed at your appointment. Unless getting a parent approved service. We expect clients to be respectful of everyone within or affiliated to the shop. And tactful throughout your appointment. 

*Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in different results. 

*No call no show appointments will not be able to book again. Withdraw and cancel services, must be made 24 hrs prior to your appointment. For less than 24 hrs cancellations a text/email must be sent. Please arrive at your scheduled time. Early arrivals are subject to waiting in their vehicles as I may still be with a client or prepping. I give all clients a 10 min grace period if you’re running late, otherwise we will have to reschedule .
